The perfect Vintage Holiday Cocktail Dress by Branell in a size Medium. This Asian inspired beauty has 3 distinct layers. The outer layer is a striking lace net material with the most interesting pearlescent stitching that catches the light beautifully. The inner layer has a sheer netting just above the bust-line & back while the lower section is actually double layered with what looks to be thin cotton layered under silk. Both the outer & inner layers have hidden 22" back zippers with metal hook & eye at the neck. No fabric content listed on any of the tags. Tagged a 12 - Union made. Sold by Samuel Spigel Inc, Roanoke, VA. Nicely tailored ~ a high end dress in it's day. The color leans towards a butterscotch gold.

Quality & Condition are both very good - gently worn. There is a black mark on the INSIDE of the inner zipper and the dress should also be cleaned professionally before wearing (we've reduced the price to account for this cost).
