Perfect 70's Costume for this Halloween Season ~ This is a striking Vintage 1970's Dress in a psychedelic retro pattern. A classic polyester knit fabric in bright shades of pink, lilac, blue, green yellow and white. Sleeveless design with a tiny neckline & a 22" back zipper. Removable belted waist to cinch you in. The bodice is slightly fitted while the skirt has just a touch of fullness to it. Perfect for that 70's lounge party or just for a nice retro look. If you are creative this would be cute shortened to above the knee.

Waist 28" up to a snug 30" ~ can also be cinched in to fit a smaller waist size with the attached belt. Hips free.
