Details:

Impressive Vintage Girdle from the 1940's.  Beautiful Peach cotton Sateen fabric with side Stretch Panels for perfect contouring.  The design is perfect because you can adjust this one yourself.  Tight lacing corset style closures at each hip with metal grommets.  Each has a cotton panel lining stitched beneath & can be loosened several inches to accommodate several sizes.  The main closure is also located in front on the left side with 9 metal hook & eyes for simple off & on.  4 stretch garters with adjustable metal hardware & rubber tips.  Partially boned front & back.  This is a high quality girdle in near perfect condition.

Label:  Formfit ~ Made in USA.

Quality is Superb.  Condition is Mint ~ old store stock.  Only flaw is a light surface mark on the front that should come out in time with a few gentle washings.  See photo.  No signs of wear as this has never been worn.  Hand~washed, line~dried & ready to be worn.  UPDATE: We did have to replace the rubber tips as they were dry rotted.  The new tips are vintage but are white in color.  We are discounting this item due to this.

Measurements:
Tagged a size 27 which is based on waist size.
Waist 26" with lacing pulled completely tight.  You can loosen several inches to fit larger sizes.

Item #1033
