Quality and Condition are both Excellent. There is a small hole in the belt which does not show when tied. It does not compromise the dress whatsoever. There are no discolorations in the fabric as the photos might appear.
Measurements: Tagged a Large. Bust up to 42". Waist up to 40" ~ very adjustable because of wrap design. Hips up to 46+". Length 32" from underarm to hem. Should easily accommodate modern sizes 14 to 18.
